 The debut of TYGRA, a regular civilized lady who becomes a jungle girl after taking a strength enhancing drug. Did other jungle girls consider that cheating?

BUNGLE IN THE JUNGLE

 JUN-GAL debuted in BLAZING COMICS #1.; I'll let others debate the nature of the "bungle." But she was interesting in that she apparently got some degree of super strength from exposure to raw radium, anticipating the radiation-happy hero-origins later seen in Marvel Comics.

SATANIC MANIC

 Not much of a surprise that, when Chris Claremont crafted a SATANA story with EC's George Evans, the devil's daughter suddenly became a practiced fist-fighter.

She also got physical in her last 1970s solo outing in MARVEL PREVIEW #7, also written by Claremont.
