Female athleticism invades the all-boys' territory of "The Cadet," which I'd never have investigated but for the cover.

JUNGLE GALLERY
I found various new and reprint goodies in the 1952 TERRORS OF THE JUNGLE (Star Publishing). The cover seems to reference a "Jungle Jo" story below.
If so, then the blonde above is one LURA.
And here's main heroine TANGI in two tales. Not sure if original art has her brunette like this reprint. The one with blonde hair is reputedly an unused non-reprint.
Most interesting is a Jay Disbrow story which combines elements of Haggard's novel SHE (character's name, the old-age thing) and Burroughs' TARZAN AND THE CITY OF GOLD (evil queen kills herself after hero kills her pet lion).

ALTERNATE CAT-COSMOS
Stan Lee's alternate-universe take on Catwoman was nothing special...
But a backup strip had Darwyn Cooke contributing a story about one of Catwoman's neighbors, name of Dinah, and this was a little better executed.

SLAVEMASTER WAGES PT. 2
I explained the concept of this series here, but since that excerpt, pliable "slave" Yuuki has undergone various adventures with-- and received various feminine favors from-- many mistresses. Original mistress Kyouka is clearly jealous of sharing, though the particular excuse for this wrestle-mania involves Kyouka having heard that Yuuki's sister used to bully him with wrestling-holds.

Heroine Lucy is so desperate to get hold of funds for a ransom that she kayos her brother with-- a skinny little cane?
JUNGLE GALLERY
Some Sheena scenes circa 1945.
Here's the jungle queen punching out an ape, one of her better feats. The dwarf in the background, Lukano, poses as a "master of animals" to form a jungle empire. Also, though both the cover and the interior story display the title, "Veldt of the Vampire Apes," no entity, animal or human, living or dead, shows off any vampire-like aspects.
Hawkina is one of Sheena's better enemies. Apart from her drugged war-club, she also uses trained hawks and tribesmen who glide around with winged costumes.
Bungle in the jungle with King Kongo (at least the writer had a sense of humor). Aside from him gaslighting Sheena with a fake severed head of her mate, he claims that rather than marrying her himself, he's going to subject her to increased humiliation by making her marry his dwarf servant.
This cover references King Kongo and his harem and thus was probably originally intended for the previous issue. No kings or harems here, but there is a weird contrivance where plotters nearly electrocute Sheena with a pair of rigged-up female dummies.
