JUN-GAL debuted in BLAZING COMICS #1.; I'll let others debate the nature of the "bungle." But she was interesting in that she apparently got some degree of super strength from exposure to raw radium, anticipating the radiation-happy hero-origins later seen in Marvel Comics.
