Here's Sheena quarreling with "Lai, Serpent Goddess" for queenship of the jungle. Note the end page, where Sheena inexplicably gains the power to command diverse animals.
No story in WINGS #86 matches this cover, but the downed pilot is definitely being rescued by some jungle-y gal.
